While we can’t promise that we’ll be posting from or about every landmark and scenic point on our trip, we do have a map that shows where we are planning on going, as well as a calendar that you can check out to see when we’re planning on being there. You can see the map up at the top of the blog, which uses a layer from a google map that we’ve made editable by anyone. If you have any suggestions, head here (or use the link on the side of the page) and add them to the map. We’ll be updating the map at the top of the page manually (my code fu is not strong enough to do it automatically) so it might take a little while to show up on the blog map.

During a conversation wherein I lamented our lack of a GPS unit, my brilliant and observant brother reminded me that I have a GPS unit in my phone. I’m looking into some options for making use of that but haven’t quite figured it all out 100%. I’ll keep everyone updated on that. It would be a fun personal project for me to get something like that up and running and hopefully I can share it.
